This page covers the two things this website collects: the TradingWheels early-access list and messages sent through the contact form. TradingWheels is in private development and doesn’t offer brokerage or LIVE trading access to the public.

Early-access list

When you join, we store:

• Your email address, lowercased and trimmed.
• The time you agreed to receive early-access and product updates.
• The time the entry was created, and that it came from this landing page.

We use it only to contact you about TradingWheels early access and related product updates. Joining does not create an account, a brokerage account, or access to brokerage or LIVE trading. Your entry is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until the early-access program ends, at which point the list is deleted or you are asked to confirm continued interest.

Contact form

When you send a message, we store:

• Your name, your email address (lowercased and trimmed), and your message.
• The time the message was received, and that it came from this site’s contact form.

We use these only to read and reply to your message. Please don’t send brokerage credentials, account numbers, passwords, or trade instructions; we never ask for them. We keep a message only as long as needed to respond and to maintain any records we are required to keep, then delete it.

What we don’t collect

We do not store IP addresses, browser or device details, passwords, brokerage information, or tracking profiles. This site uses no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. We do not sell or share the list or your messages. To limit abuse, the server keeps short-lived, in-memory request counters keyed by a one-way hash of your network address; they are never written to disk and reset when the server restarts.

Removal and questions

To remove your early-access entry or your contact messages, or to ask what we hold, email contact@tradingwheels.us from the address you used.
